Third-Party AI Services
Our App uses third-party AI service providers to power chatbot conversations. By using the chatbot features, you acknowledge and consent to the transmission of your data to these providers as described below.
What Data Is Sent
When you send a message to a chatbot in the App, the following data is transmitted to our third-party AI providers: (1) your message text, and (2) prior messages in the conversation thread (conversation context) to enable coherent, context-aware responses. We do not send your name, email address, phone number, device information, health data, or any other personal information beyond your message content.
Who Receives Your Data
Your chatbot messages are routed through the following third-party AI service providers:
OpenRouter (openrouter.ai) — an API routing service that directs requests to the appropriate AI model provider.
MiniMax (minimaxi.com) — an AI model provider that generates chatbot responses.
OpenAI (openai.com) — an AI model provider that may be used to generate chatbot responses.
How Your Data Is Used
These providers process your message data solely for the purpose of generating AI chatbot responses. Your data is not used by these providers to train or improve their AI models. Each provider processes data in accordance with their respective privacy policies.
Data Retention by Third Parties
OpenRouter, MiniMax, and OpenAI may temporarily retain message data for a limited period as required for service delivery, abuse prevention, and compliance with legal obligations, in accordance with their respective data retention policies. We do not control the retention policies of these third-party providers.
Your Choices
Chatbot interaction is a core feature of the Service. If you do not wish your messages to be processed by third-party AI providers, you may choose not to send messages to chatbots. You may delete your conversation history at any time within the App.
